Викладачі кафедри проходять підвищення кваліфікації згідно встановлених нормативних документів:

   1. RESOLUTION of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №800 of August 21, 2019 "Some issues of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers".

  2. SVO NMU PKNPP - 15 "Organization of professional development of teachers of the National Mining University".

   The main divisions of institutions, on the basis of which the current professional development of the teaching staff of the department, are: 

• Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, Ukrainian State University of Chemistry;
• Department of Information Technologies and Systems, Faculty of Computer Systems, Energy and Automation, National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine;
• educational and methodical center of postgraduate education and advanced training of Dnipro National University. Oles Gonchar;
• Department of Electronic Computers and Computer Information Technologies, Dnipropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport. Academician V. Lazaryan;
• Department of Economic and Information Security, Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

  Periodically, teachers of the department participate in various international scientific and practical events: conferences, symposiums, webinars, retraining and advanced training courses in the field of information: information technology, computer network technology (including Cisco), as well as research in data processing and analysis in various information systems (in particular, in geoinformation).

   At present, the documents listed in Annexes 3-7 of the SVO NMU PKNPP - 15 "Organization of professional development of teachers of the National Mining University" are important for training.

  It should be noted that in 2020 it is planned to change the procedure for professional development.
